What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces for most custom packaging products. For simpler designs and standard sizes, we can accept orders as low as 100 pieces with a small setup fee. We recommend contacting our sales team with your specific requirements for an accurate quote.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We strongly recommend ordering samples first. Sample fees vary by product complexity, typically ranging from $50 to $200. The sample fee will be credited back when you place a bulk order over 1000 pieces. Sample production takes 5-7 working days.
What materials do you offer?
We offer a wide range of materials including: art paper, kraft paper, white cardboard, grey board, corrugated board, specialty papers (textured, metallic, pearl), and eco-friendly options (recycled paper, bamboo fiber, seed paper). Our team can recommend the best material based on your product needs and budget.
How long does custom design take?
Our structural design team typically provides initial designs within 2-3 working days after receiving your requirements. If you have existing dieline files, we can start production immediately. Revisions are included until you are fully satisfied with the design.
