What is the typical production lead time?
Standard production takes 10-15 working days for paper bags and 15-25 working days for rigid boxes after sample confirmation. Rush orders can be completed in 7-10 days with an additional expediting fee. Contact us for specific timeline estimates.
Can I customize the size, shape, and printing?
Yes! All our packaging is fully customizable. You can choose any size, shape, material, color, printing method, and finishing. Our design team will create custom dielines based on your product dimensions and branding requirements.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution TIFF files. All files should be 300 DPI with CMYK color mode. Our design team can also help you optimize your artwork for the best printing results at no extra cost.
